Queen & Heat- the official podcast
Produced by Colaio Film & Photo, Directed by Delaney Thomas Colaio
Step into the world of Ronica Jeffrey and Heather “the Heat” Hardy—two retired pro boxers, best friends, and legendary personalities—shooting the shit about life inside and outside the ring. Recorded at the iconic Gleason’s Gym, this is not a boxing podcast (well, not just). It’s about friendship, work, relationships, family, and all the wild, hilarious, and real moments that happen when the gloves come off. From laugh-out-loud stories at the gym to real conversations about home life, identity, and what it means to start over, Ronica and Heather bring their unfiltered selves to every episode.

March For Our Lives NYC, 2018
Over 250,000 people gathered in New York City on March 24, 2018, to demand action on gun violence—a defining issue in the United States. Organized and led by the students of Parkland, Florida, the March For Our Lives rally became a landmark in youth-led advocacy for gun control. My video work was broadcast on screens throughout the event, amplifying the voices and stories of a generation determined to create change. Documenting this day meant bearing witness to a movement fueled by grief, resolve, and collective power. Sponsored by Bloomberg Philanthropies.
